Is it possible to deploy multiple web apps with different index,indexer, and blob storage

The as-is setup is working fine, I wonder if it is possible to provision multiple web apps (3 for each set) within single resource group

The user story is my users will have separate RAG,

First one is from Downstream using their own set of Data Next one is from Upstream using also their own set of Data

I wonder if you guys have any guide to customize it to this level? I think the only difference that is required is the index,indexer, and blob storage. Others stuff can be shared.

Is it possible to duplicate all 3 app service once deployed? I plan to just change the ENV variable
