Fix roles for integrated vectorization

Purpose

The container apps PR accidentally changed two roles that didnt need to change, the roles for the search service principal ID. These roles are needed for integrated vectorization feature. FYI @1yefuwang1

Does this introduce a breaking change?

When developers merge from main and run the server, azd up, or azd deploy, will this produce an error? If you're not sure, try it out on an old environment.
