XSD file is outdate
Hello,
I'd like to report that the XSD file seems to be pretty outdate. Elements such as PredicateValidationReference Predicates
Doesn't exist there and will throw error when you try to use this XSD file.

JourneyInsights under UserJourneyBehaviors in a RelyingParty is also missing. Instead there's AzureApplicationInsights which doesn't match the documentation here.
There is an updated XSD file available in the source code of the Visual Studio Code extension.
That file appears to have all the current elements, both documented and not documented. It is not quite completely up to date, as it is missing the claim data types objectIdentity and objectIdentityCollection, but if you add those it seems to be able to verify the built-in base policy, which does not even come close to validating with the current schema in this repository.
The file in this repo, is the most updated one (7 days ago). I'm updating the vscode with the same version.
