.net core wrapper

Could we please get a .net core wrapper for the websocket interface, this is great stuff!

Thanks @unicomp21. We are working on it and plan to release a version in the next couple of months.

Sounds good, thanks! In the meantime, guess I'll just use the google .net core api for streaming speech-to-text.

@unicomp21 maybe you want to file it to another repo, this repo is for JavaScript. People who are working on .NET SDK may not tracking the issue.
