Minimal steps to reproduce
Type a message to Bot. It should return the response without speaking it. - This does not happen. Bot speaks the response as well. Give a voice Input to Bot. It should speak the response as returned on the screen - This works as expected.
Any log messages given by the failure
No error logged.
Expected/desired behavior
When given a typed input, Bot should not speak it as done in direct line speech web channel.

We are sending the Speech synthesis markup language with every response because the same solution is used by direct line speech web channel. There the response is spoken only when it receives voice input.
