long time to read dataset from web

It is quite long the web dataset reading, for debugin or adding new functions. I have a quick fix for it https://github.com/garciaguevara/covidmx/commit/ca803950ad4a632658f43d227958ef7514f9caba. If you think it is useful I could improve/clean it and do a merge request. Nice and useful repo BTW!
