Better error message on ACIR serialization mismatch

When developers are working off of nargo nightlies they can receive scary errors like such Unknown variant index for enum. For example you can reference this issue on Noir https://github.com/noir-lang/noir/issues/5549.

We already have an issue up to allow for developers to see what are the compatible versions of nargo/bb (https://github.com/AztecProtocol/aztec-packages/issues/7525). But in case a developer still uses incompatible versions we should have a nicer error message that leads them to download and use the correct version of bb.
