Scrap and Auctionator Addon not skinned

No errors from Bugsack, but Scrap window and Auctionator tabs are not skinned. Even if they are selected in the addon to be skinned.

I am experiencing the same issue with Auctionator.

Seems like dev has abandoned the addon

In case it's helpful, it appears https://github.com/Azilroka/AddOnSkins/blob/7afbbdf2d6517f426cdbe21fb8b896e0179f5e07/AddOnSkins/Skins/AddOns/Auctionator.lua was written against version 9.x of Auctionator, which is a bit outdated at this point (latest is 10.2.9).

The issue with those 2 library is still present... anyone planning on an update? Those addons are really popular so it will be great!
