Route opisometer only follows default routes

Description

The path snapped measuring tool will follow the path of deleted routes from the initial generation phase, and will not follow new or edited paths.

Steps to reproduce

Create new map. Select route and change it's path significantly (enough to be visually distinct). Create an additional route in a clear area. Attempt to use route opisometer on each.

Expected behaviour

Measuring tool should not follow an outdated path and should follow new or changed paths.

Actual behaviour

The edited default path will follow the original path if the snap points are close enough. The newly created path will give the error "Must start in a cell with a route in it". Issue persists after saving and loading .map file, as well as after restarting browser.
