Suggestions for more spell options

Arcane Mine Medium:

• Option "Delay" (Make it detonate faster / slower than 2 sec) Possibly a solution to https://github.com/Azanor/thaumcraft-suggestions/issues/274.

Bolt Medium:

• Option "Chain to Hostile" / "Chain to Friendly"
• Option "Number of targets" I loved the chain lightning spell in TC4 :)

Spellbat Medium:

• Option "Speed" (Gives the little bats a speed potion effect so they can fly faster)

Air Effect:

• Option "Knock up Strength" Cause some falling damage to compensate for its low elemental damage.

Break Effect:

• Option "Collector" Just like the Collector Infusion Enchantment.
