Loading new chunk while populating another

I am running a server using 6.1.Beta 26 as part of the FTB Revelations pack.

Upon setting off a forge worldgen command to pregenerate a large area, I received hundreds of messages in the console that "Thaumcraft loaded a new chunk while populating another, creating cascading lag."

I have not been back in-game to see if there were any deleterious effects, but after the generation task completed, my server seems to be running correctly.
