Fire Focus with Fireball upgrade can receive a second level of Alchemist's Fire, to no effect

With Fireball upgrade, it only ever checks if alchemists fire is available, not for the level.

On that note, Silktouch can still be chosen to overwrite up to 2 levels of Treasure on the excavation focus. Maybe just move Silktouch to level 1 upgrades and remove the ability to apply treasure after.

Doesn't alch. 2 cause more fire blocks in the area/set targets on fire (+longer for alch. 2) For silk touch I can see it as an intentional waste. The book does imply that experimentation is the key.

Not if you have the fireball upgrade, then level 2 doesn't do anything level 1 wouldn't do. And yea. I guess.
