Reduce comments script.js in Tic-Tac-Toe Game

Tic-Tac-Toe Game/script.js has a comment for almost every line of code. Make this better by either making the variable names self explanatory, or section it as paragraphs.

i have made ui changes and removed unnecessary comments and Renamed variables and functions to be self-explanatory let me know if anything else is needed
