Profile page from Backend not working when we have "Plain" Permalink structure.

1. Set the permalinks structure to Plain.
2. Go to Dashboard -> Users,
3. and choose "view" from any one of the users.
4. It takes us to this URL: https://ppldb.com/laranz/?page_id=66&username=admin
5. And it gives us redirection error.
