ER Option to disable registration activation email on import

When a member is migrating from another directory they may need to import users months before the users should use the site. The member will need to export the users again to retrieve the user ID for matching up with listing ownership.

In this case could it be possible to add a button to the import to "Skip sending Registration activation email"

We have provided the filter 'uwp_import_user_notify' for this. @Stiofan Do we need to add an option for this in the settings?
