Improve Elementor Page Template Editing for GD> Notifications block

Currently, the GD Notifications link directs users to the GeoDirectory page templates rather than the Elementor templates. Users can only edit Elementor page templates from the admin menu tab. Add a feature that allows users to edit Elementor templates directly from the GD Notifications link.
