[Feature] Item Tags (for alternate crafting ingredients)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is currently impossible to tag items for certain scenarios, such as having multiple options for which materials to use in crafting.

Describe the solution you'd like An Item Tag system which lets you create new tags that can be applied to items.

Crafting would have a slight revision that allows you to specify a Item Tag, making it so that the recipe can take any item with the tag specified, and opens up a prompt to choose one from the supported items for each Item Tag ingredient.

This could also work with #61 to make it so you can specify exact Gear items that aren't supported with another, or Item Tags which specify a constant group of items.

Describe alternatives you've considered Ingredients in crafting recipes would have a Substitute list which would contain other items that may be used instead. Substitute items may also have a custom count required in order to be used as a substitute to the original ingredient.

Additional context Certain tags may be visible depending on user preference. Items can be filtered by Item Tag. Items downloaded from the community will also prompt whether or not to add the item's tags IF the item has tags the downloader doesn't have.
