[Bug] Incorrect "Discard Changes" Popup Behavior in Task Editing Page

Describe the bug In the LifeUp app's task editing page, the "Discard Changes" confirmation popup appears whenever the user attempts to return, regardless of whether any edits were made. This is an incorrect behavior, as the popup should only appear if changes were actually made.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the task editing page in the LifeUp app.
2. Make no changes to the task.
3. Attempt to return to the previous screen.
4. Observe that the "Discard Changes" confirmation popup appears, even though no edits were made.

Expected behavior The "Discard Changes" confirmation popup should only appear if actual changes were made to the task. If no changes were made, the app should allow the user to return without displaying any confirmation popup.
