Omega Pirate issues

• [x] Hitbox for armor pieces is broken
• [ ] Logic for choosing Phazon Pool to warp to may be inaccurate

FWIW, the phazon pool logic seems perfectly fine to me. I will add however, that I can't get Trooper Skip to work, no matter how much I've tried.
