Suggestion: Add API for PSSH box generator

Hey,

I'd like to suggest API for PSSH Box Generator.

In simplicity, user could pass SystemID, Version & Data input to the endpoint, and it would return with base16 & base64 PSSH.

It would help making scripts when debugging big amounts of videos.
