Default Tournament data processing doesn't include self-plays

Although the tournament does play matches for players against (clones of) themselves, this data is excluded from the later rankings and other computations.

According to a report on gitter, Axelrod's first tournament included self-play, so we may want to add an option for this in the data processing step.
