Description

A European Investment office decided to set up an investment company solely to invest in Digital Assets.

As its first investment, it identified an opportunity to acquire 10% of a start-up exchange, before its value multiplied.

The cost of the acquisition is 5 Million Euros which values the company at 50 Million euros.

Issuing the 100,000 ( One hundred thousand Neo ) as Debt provides liquidity for the acquisition operation and also diversification for the Asian investor market.

Debt, like equity, can fluctuate in value.

Goals

The main goal of this acquisition is to acquire the 10 % now. Participate in its growth and its strategic decisions.

In less than 24 months we expect to exit this investment with a 10X valuation

• The budget would be used to complement the Investment office's own capital for making the pretend acquisition.
