Fix Case Sensitive Errors

If you compile with option "c+", you get undefined errors because of case mismatch. I fixed all the error so it would compile normally under option c+.

The changes to Vladikcomper's error detector can't be merged; The tool he has made has been released as-is and AMPS aims to only add few things to ensure it works correctly for our purpose, all other changes will be avoided
