You might need to update `awesome-typescript-loader` to a newer version as well. I haven't fully tested this, though.
The 2.x.x versions are no longer supported. Please take a look at the 3.x.x & 4.x.x versions
4.1.1+ still uses Angular 1.6
I cannot. I don't even remember how long ago it was when we used Angular 1.2. Is there any reason you can't use 1.6?
