The program is not using GPU

Hi, the program seems not using GPU, and it uses 100% CPU. I have followed your instruction to install CUDA, ffmpeg and configured the enviroment variable path. The transcription result was bad and very slow. Any idea how to use GPU? I have a normal desktop Windows 11.

Make sure you have pyTorch installed.
