Hello I found one issue from iPhone X I have uploaded the video using the Swifty Cam but the server guy received the video but the problem is the video is not playing only in iPhone X what is the issue please help me

The video is probably saved in hevc format and your server does not handle it. If the file is not corrupted anyone who can read the file extension should be able to use a software to read it This is most likely related to issue #208
