Well, I did find the issue - had to right click on the notification center in the bottom right corner and enable notifications. I always have notifications disabled for windows...

Also discovered something else during all this testing. The windows notifications can be disabled and things go back to showing in the browser, though not as nice as previous versions....

Agreed, there should at least be an option. The notifications don't even work for me in this newest version.

Posted this in another thread, but this will get you close to how things were if you happen to use firefox - not sure about Chrome Open about:config Search for...

Also not working on A10 on a Galaxy Tab S4. Not sure if it is Samsung related or A10 related.
