Work object "Assign Owner" compatibility

Some work objects, mostly mod-added, allow for ownership assignment, in the same way beds (and your locks mod) work. However, at the moment they only allow for colonist assignment.

An example of this is the Quarry mod, which allows you to assign each quarry work object to specific colonists.

If possible, could this assignment allow for prisoners as well as colonists, as it would be nice to assign specific prisoners to specific tasks where more than one of the same assignable work object is present (multiple quarries with different yields, to use my earlier example).
