Describe the bug Notes are broken

  • Getting a note causes the message that attempted to retrieve the note to be auto-deleted
  • Can't save a file as note
  • Can't save a link as a note

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Try to do all that. Notes with links or files can't be retrieved (yes BOTLOG_CAHITD is set to a valid chat id).

Expected behavior Anything can be saved as a note and it doesn't cause the deletion of messages

Tested this Getting a note causes the message that attempted to retrieve the note to be auto-deleted Didnt seem happen for me... For me notes work just fine :/ I dont use the Botlog though
