Well you tagged it fixed in hypernext so I was quite surprised.
After re-reading my request it could be really useful if notifications could be selected by the user added or removed and the timeframe the user wants to receive the notifications....

And why not allowing a deletion if there is nothing in it? No revision, no title, no files etc...
