Bluetooth Speaker Volume Control Issue

When using a Bluetooth speaker, system volume cannot be controlled through the Dank Bar volume slider or the menu volume control in DMS Shell.

I expect this is an upstream quickshell bug, someone opened an issue there (I can't reproduce it with my BT devices otherwise I'd fix it)
