Version 1803 does NOT work for months now.

so when downloading windows 10 1803 i get this error: image winver: image here's an attached zip file for more info with readme.txt file. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hqctuy0jmPTESCAK6P7MAS3t7k092aXW/view?usp=sharing i am using gdrive as github only allows upto 25mb of storage using browser and 25mb is so tiny amount of storage for this file which is 39mb.
