Quick_11_iso_esd_wim_TPM_toggle.bat no longer working?

Hi! I've been making my own ISOs using NTLite for a while now for personal use. I install Windows on many machines. I make the custom NTLite ISO and then used Quick_11_iso_esd_wim_TPM_toggle.bat to patch the ISO and it worked great, however it seems to have stopped working? It says "TPM Patch added :)" but when booting to the ISO, it says "This PC cannot run Windows 11". When adding virtual TPM module to VMWare, it works fine. When removing the module, the check fails again. I have not found another working method to modify the ISO, I have tried a few and none work, it always fails the check. Thank you
