Running playgrounds

First off thanks for making this. It's very informative.

Now.. This is probably a very silly question, but how do I run a playground? I've opened the repository in xcode and it works fine (I can run up to specific lines) and I can follow along just fine.

The reason I'm asking is because the screenshot has a "next" button, and I just have to click the next item in the index manually because "next" is just code for me. It's not a big deal, like I said I can follow along just fine. I'm just curious to know if I'm just not doing it right.
