Add docs after https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/Avalonia/pull/7838 is merged

Edit: no this is still missing. I will have to write it. But before I would like to get some feedback on https://github.com/AvaloniaUI/Documentation/pull/217 . If this is agreed on, I can make the docs similar.
