Can not run Solitaire.Browser on localhost?

I can see the logo "Powered by Avalonia", then I got errors:

Strange, I just run it in Android emulator, desktop and browser as WASM (browser edge, opera). Did you try to run browser version without debugging? For me debugging in edge do not works.
