ColorPicker ControlTheme updates

What does the pull request do?

  1. Update the ColorPicker control themes with lesson's learned and changes from the FluentAvalonia Fluent v2 re-styling.
    • Separate out several secondary ControlThemes in ColorView
    • Add more resources that can be customized to control backgrounds
  2. Include initial simple control themes for ColorView and ColorPicker
    • Still needs at least a TabStrip control theme
    • Theme switching between Fluent and Simple seems to be broken. Just look at the buttons page alone -- backgrounds don't load, etc. Therefore, I'm not working on this further at the moment.
