[11.2.0-beta2] Hight of TextBlocks are different between CJK and non-CJK text

Describe the bug

After upgrading from 11.1.3 to 11.2.0-beta2, the height of TextBlock contains CJK and non-CJK text (with same font size and default font family) will be different, which makes layout slightly change after switching locale.

To Reproduce

Place TextBlocks with CJK and non-CJK text.

Expected behavior

Height or line hight should be same no matter the text contains CJK characters or not.
