Unit Test Memory Issues

There is a known issue with Node 16+ causing unit tests to time out due to memory issues in some cases. For more information, see: https://github.com/jestjs/jest/issues/11956

This should not prevent you from upgrading to the latest version of availity-workflow. If you experience issues with tests timing out, the linked ticket contains workarounds. In the meantime, we will explore solutions to account for the bug until there is an official fix in Node.
