Improvement on server load (even for Boosters)

Describe the bug Hello, on server startup there seems to be a bit higher load of eco & Boosters plugin. Cannot it be made async or optimized a bit more, please? As when many plugins take so many ms on startup it causes a few seconds lag there. https://spark.lucko.me/40jRVbNjrQ

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start server
  2. Check /spark profiler stop

Expected behavior Ideally no lag, no mention from eco & boosters on server start

My eco footprint is also very exaggerated, when there are a lot of people the footprint will reach 10 percent the author won't even try to optimize it

This plugin is causing a memory leak and has been for a long time! But it's not being fixed.
