"Dupe" bug with ecoitems

Describe the bug When having a "consumable" placeable item and having the effect trigger to be alt click it will place the block only when there is only 1 remaining. I'm not using the remove_item effect since it doesn't support the name:"" parameter.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Use that config: https://pastebin.com/VNPV9eSa
2. Spam right click on the ground with the item and voila

Expected behavior I shouldn't be able to place the block.
