Bedrock Compatibility?

This post isn't really an issue but more a question as I couldn't find any answer to my question. Does this work for bedrock users on servers with crossplay or will those bedrock users experience issues ranging from not being able to use those enchantments all the way to not being able to even play on the server anymore?
