infinite XP with no-grindstone: false

As the title states.

I have been talking to Caspar about this bug for some time now. Basically, when put through grindstones, any tool with a no-grindstone: false type (in the types.yml) would keep the enchant (as expected) however you would still get the XP as if the enchant was removed. Resulting in an unlimited XP exploit.
