Anvil custom name issue

Describe the bug Item renaming and enchantment cannot be done at the same time.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Take a item and an enchanted book.
2. Open the anvil, place the item to first slot, rename it but don't confirm.
3. Place the enchanted book to second slot.
4. See error

Expected behavior Output item should have a custom name.

Additional context This is also happened on vanilla enchanted book.
