Compatibilities with ItemsAdder custom blocks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Custom enchantments are mostly incompatible with custom blocks from ItemsAdder plugin. There's the same issue I have made on their side before: https://github.com/PluginBugs/Issues-ItemsAdder/issues/1965

Additional context Hope this issue can get more attention! Since EcoEnchants and ItemsAdder are very popular plug-ins, their mutual adaptations should be great for many servers.
