Metabolism & Replenish won't correctly

Describe the bug ①If a player wear an chestplate with Metabolism , and eat something,the hunger value won't increase. ②The hoe with Replenish only works on wheat ,other plant like carrot,potato,won't be placed when they are harvested.

To Reproduce ① Steps to reproduce the ① behavior:

1. Get a chestplate with Metabolism
2. Wear it ,and eat something like apple .
3. The hunger value won't change.

Expected behavior of ① The player who wear chestplate with metabolism can get hunger increase and get the buff of the enchantment.

To Reproduce ② Steps to reproduce the ② behavior: 1.Get a hoe with Replenish 2.Place a ripe carrot or potato 3.Left-Click the plant 4.Nothing being placed after harvest Expected behavior of ② Harvest a plant meanwhile place the same plant at the same place.
