Not 100% customizable yet, bug and enhancements

Describe the bug Replenish, Reparing, Soulbound is not 100% customizable as advertised. (Generated as default enchantments) Replenish is REALLY bad. The range sucks. You need to stand on the block to replant crops. There should be a customizable range.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: No errors, just adjustments

Expected behavior I throught ALL enchantments would be customizable.

And should it only work with seeds/wheat? Because it doesn't even work with potatoes, carrots etc.
