2 feature requests (Arrow texture change and explosion on hit)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We switched from Advanced Enchants over to EcoEnchants, but had a couple custom enchants that would change what arrows would look like when shot (for example, a snowball or wither skull). We also had a custom enchant that would explode like tnt on hit.

Describe the solution you'd like Would like 2 new mechanics/effects added to ecoenchants/eco itself

first, being the ability to change what arrows/projectiles look like when shot second, being the ability to cause an explosion (with ability to toggle self damage on/off) on hit

Describe alternatives you've considered No others considered, didn't see anything in the list available that would be similar
