Some items are broken after restarting the server

Describe the bug When you restart the server, some items are broken, for example the items of ecoarmor tiers. When they break, it's impossible to get them in the crate, it's as if they don't exist.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Restart the server
2. Check your crate

Expected behavior Items shouldn't be broken so that you don't have to use reload command every time the server is restarted.

Server Information (please complete the following information):

• eco version 6.37.3
• EcoCrates version 1.12.2

Additional context This can be fixed using reload command of ecocrates, but normally this shouldn't happen so you don't have to use this command every time the server is restarted.
