An API is needed to pass user goal selections from the onboarding flow to the WordPress site.

This will enable personalized recommendations and features based on user preferences, enhancing the overall user experience and tailoring the platform to their specific needs.​ Let's discuss the best way to account for these goals in a way that can be leveraged within WordPress, Launchpad, and any other plugin/feature.

Also, is this something that should be implemented in a core-first fashion? Would it be helpful to have a standard API for declaring a site's goals/jobs to be done?
